Tacoma Washingtons Max Schroeder has entered the Spring Sizzler! Jerry’s Auto Supply 100 on April 14th. This will be his third year in the Late Models and first year in the Pro-Late Models and will look for that first win in 2018. This family team is what racing is all about! Welcome to Wenatchee Valley Super-Oval Max and family! — with Dale Schroeder

East Wenatchee WA – Wenatchee Valley’s Super Oval and partners Hoosier Tire West and Hoosier Racing Tire are excited to announce today all three V-8 classes will run the Hoosier 970 for the 2018 season. The best news of this partnership is that our local competitors will be able to take advantage of a great deal that will allow us to sell the tires for $99.00 plus tax if you pre-order and pay for your tires by March 15, 2018. After March 15 tires will be sold for $119.00 plus tax, which is still a great savings to competitors, which was made possible by Hoosier Tire West and Hoosier Tire.
This change will allow drivers to compete under common rules which will provide a tremendous show for fans, big car counts and the best drivers short tracks has to offer. This means the “Jerry’s Auto Supply” Pro-Late Model Series, the “Pepsi” Street Stock Series along with the “”Dick’s Heating and Air Conditioning Thunder/Hobby Stock Challenge Series” will all be on a common tire.
After doing product testing this fall they have found that the 970 is best suited for all three classes of our varied V-8 powered racing platform. The Hoosier 970 will not only repeat after heat cycles but provides better tire wear and better grip for side-by-side racing which will be more exciting for both our drivers, crews and fans.
